Grants Officer
£32,000 (£19,200 pro rata)
Part-time: 21 hours per week

Location: Loughton Milton Keynes. Office-based with potential to work from home 1-2 days a week once settled.
Ride High is looking to recruit a Grants Officer to generate funding from grant applications to trusts and foundations.
Ride High is a registered charity working with Milton Keynes' most vulnerable disadvantaged children. Using horses and an associated educational programme the charity supports approximately 300 children over a period of 12-36 weeks, helping to transform their lives. Ride High doesn’t receive any funding from the government, so grant funding is an important source of income.
Reporting to the Fundraising and Marketing Manager, the Grants Officer will create and implement an annual grant plan, write applications and measure and report on their success.

Events Officer (Maternity cover)

Ride High is looking to recruit an Events Officer to manage its annual calendar of fundraising and special events.
Ride High is a registered charity working with Milton Keynes' most vulnerable and disadvantaged children. Using horses and an associated educational programme the charity supports 120 children every week for a period of 12-36 weeks, helping to transform their lives.
Reporting to the CEO the Events Officer will plan, manage and deliver Ride High fundraising and other special events to raise funds and awareness of the charity, including but not limited to our annual fundraising ball. The role will also support and encourage others to organise their own events and to take part in third-party events.

Marketing and Communications Officer (Maternity cover)

Ride High is a registered charity working with Milton Keynes' most vulnerable and disadvantaged children. Using horses and an associated educational programme the charity supports 120 children every week for a period of 12-36 weeks, helping to transform their lives.
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing and Communications Officer will write, create and edit content, coordinating and publishing it across various channels including the website, social media, and in print and online marketing materials. They will also plan and implement campaigns to raise awareness and funds, whilst maintaining the reputation of the charity.

Fundraising Trustee
Voluntary Board Position (11 x 2 hour board meetings per year, plus 4 hours per month)
We are seeking to appoint a new Trustee to our Board who has the skills to fulfil the Fundraising Trustee role.
The role will bring a fresh perspective to fundraising plans and strategy and actively support the organisation’s dedicated fundraisers and will ensure fundraising is of the highest standard and priority.
