Riding the Storm: Adventure, Adversity and the Power of Resilience

Thursday 15th October 18:15
Church of Christ the Cornerstone, Central Milton Keynes

Join us for an inspiring evening with world-record eco-adventurer and resilience expert Isaac Kenyon.

A globally recognised speaker, scientist and endurance athlete, Isaac has pushed the limits of human performance – from rowing oceans and swimming seas to completing an Ironman in a 15kg weighted vest.

A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and trustee of Mind, Isaac combines powerful personal experience with scientific insight. Having overcome burnout and mental health challenges himself, he now helps individuals and organisations build resilience, purpose and high performance under pressure.

His work has impacted over 500,000 people worldwide, with keynote talks delivered to organisations including the UN, BBC, Adidas and Accenture.

All proceeds from this event will support Ride High and our work with vulnerable young people.
